    Hi Sir
I am doing meditation for few months now, however not much consistently, which I am trying to improve.
Initially it was difficult to sit even for few minutes but now I am able to sit for 30-40 mins continuously.

My problem is that I am not able to determine whether I am going into right direction or not.
Sometimes while sitting during meditation (deep breath and feeling it) I feel my head pulling backwards and sometimes upwards. it feels good despite it remains for a small period and it also help in sitting for longer periods. Also I feel goosebumps occasionally on back part of my head. What does this mean. I don’t feel any other experience which I have read in your blogs.

Most importantly, sometimes I am not eble to concentrate even for few seconds. Mind feels so busy and I couldn’t concentrate on my breath.
Why does this happen. Why there is no consistency in meditation.

    Please guide.

    Thanks and Regards
    Abhishek
