aab hello dosto kehna sahi nai kyuki itne log dhyaan ke baare me padte hai ab tk to dhyaan karne lage bhi honge aur jo dhyaan karte hai unhe sadhak kehna hi uchit hoga. 🙂 aur jo nai karte yaa karne ki teyaari kar rhe hai wo zaldi he Saadhak ki upaadhi ko prapt honge.


Dhyaan ko lekar naye sadhak yhi sochte hai aakhir dhyaan karna kiska hai ek mitr ne pucha hai k Dhyan Guru ka kare yaa parmatma ka. Me aapko kahunga k naa to aap kisi Guru ka Dhyaan kare naa parmatma ka, Kyuki Dhyaan na guru ka hota hai na parmatma ka. kyuki aise to dusre ki khoz me hee vilin hojaoge aur hasil lagega zero. Aap apne aap ka dhyaan kyu nai karte phele apne aap ko to jaan lo, fir dhunlenge guru ya parmatma ko. Phele apni khoz zaruri hai aur jaha apni khoz hogyi to baaki khoze sab vyarth hojayegi. jab jaan loge ke tum kyaa ho fir tum kuch na khojoge.

Bht se log ye bhi puchte hai ke sudarshan kirya kese kare. Aabhi chod do kiryao ke baare me khojna. aabhi kewal dhyaan ke liye bethna seekho. apne aap ko uljhaao mat. Kewal saral vidhi dwara shurwat kare jab gehre hote jaoge tab dekhenge. ye wahi baat karte ho ki manzil par phuchna hai aur sidi pe bhi chaalang marni hai Dhire dhire chdo warna giroge aur kahi nai phuch paaoge.

15mint se shurwat ko bethjaao bina hile bina dule. dhire dhire time badao  15din ye karo. aabhi to itne me hee kaafi samsya aajayegi. kamr dard horha hai aankh khul jati hai bahar kaa shor aata hai. khujli hoti hai chiti si kaat ti hai. aabhi to isi 15mint me itna kuch hai aabhi kewal bethna to sikhlo dhyaan ke liye. fir kahunga  shuruwat dhire dhire karo. dhire dhire karte jao usme jo rukawate aaye usko share karo. fir aaur aage tbhi phuch paaoge. 15 din tk phuchte phucte 30mint tak kewal bethna to hona chiye vichar chlte ho chlne do kewal bethne ki kirya me nipun hojao fir dusra kaam karenege.

kabhi kabhi hassi aati hai kuch log gaayab hone ki vidhi zyada khojte hai. Gayab hokr karoge kyaa ye to batao zarur kuch deemag me ulta he chlta hoga. yaa sochte honge k super hero bann jaunga agr gayab hona aagya to.  Gundo ko marunga movies ki tarah. kirpa karo apne upper aise khoj  band karo kewal padne tk simit karo. aap apne aap ko jaan lo khud hee gayaab hojaoge.

Assha karta hu Dhyaan ki shuruwat ache se karenge baaki kese karna hai yee jaankari is blog me hai baaki aur kahi se pad kar karna chahe to kar sakte hai mgr kewal agr shurwat bethne par karenge to Dhyaan karna aapke liye hee saral hoga.

    Bahut badiya post Sir. Thank you so much share karne ke liye. Maine 6 mahine pehle hi shuru kiya Dhyan ke baare me jaanna aur samajhna. Par mujhse zyada sahi se practice ho nahi pata kyuki mera pair (leg) so jaati hai.
    Kya aap iske baare mein mujhe kuch suggest kar sakte hain? Ke mujhe kya karna chahiye ke mera pair na soye aur main baith paaun?
